At The Pillow Home, we want you to love your sleep experience; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unwashed condition and include all original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
